Features:

There are mainly two models of equipment, 390 and 590, which are used for forming positive and negative pole pieces of power lithium battery stacking process (continuous coating process). There are functions such as constant tension automatic feeding, EPC correction, metal die-cutting (automatic waste), automatic and rounded automatic length measurement, automatic powder brushing, CCD visual defect detection and size detection, and automatic material collection.

Main features: high die-cutting speed, when the incoming material is good, the highest speed can reach 280ppm, which is more suitable for mass production on the production line
